Kim Dill

As the P2C Sales Manager, Kimberly Dill is focused on driving new business and renewal contracts. As a results-driven leader, her focus is on communication, strategy, and maintaining consistently high expectations to drive results in the organization. She holds firm that the major key to success is the ability to listen to customers and tailor a solution that meets their needs.

Kim is a sales leader with 20+ years of experience in the educational technology industry. She graduated from Texas Christian University with a BS in Education and served as a Bilingual/ESL teacher in both Texas and Monterrey, Mexico. Kim believes that being a former educator helps her understand and appreciate the needs of school districts and build relationships quickly. Prior to joining P2C, Kim was with McGraw-Hill and then moved into sales management at Scientific Learning (15 years) and Cenergistic (2 years).

In her free time, Kim loves spending time with her husband, three adult children, and two Labrador Retrievers. She enjoys fitness, being outdoors, and playing mahjong with friends.
