- Our four-phased coaching strategy that accesses our school-based leadership team in reaching specific benchmarks towards the completion of the SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-bound) goals.
- 1:1 or group coaching sessions to empower school leaders to drive positive change and foster a supportive school culture.

Workforce Development
Every four years Workforce boards are required to update a Local Workforce Plan under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) that reflects changes in the labor market and economic conditions.
The report will include:
- a labor market analysis
- the formal designation of priority industries and occupations
- the system capacity analysis is required components of the plan
