Tyler D. Blanco, M.A.

As an Education Math Consultant, Tyler Blanco is responsible for the delivery of high quality professional learning experiences for P2C clients.

He is a dedicated educator and accomplished scholar with diverse academic background and a commitment to enhancing educational experiences at multiple levels.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry Education (9-Adult) from West Liberty University, a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from West Virginia University.

While at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Tyler co-founded the Master of Arts in Economics Student Association (MAESA). Under his leadership, MAESA has grown to support over 150 students and alumni, providing them with valuable networking and mentorship opportunities, workshops, and hosting relevant guest speakers from academia and industry.

In 2022, Tyler leveraged his expertise in higher education administration and economics as the lead author of the publication, “Varied Institutional Responses to COVID-19: An Investigation of U.S. Colleges’ and Universities’ Reopening Plans for Fall 2020” in AERA Open. His research, which analyzed reopening plans using a multinomial logit regression model, has been cited in prestigious academic journals such as PS: Political Science, General and Comparative Endocrinology, and the International Journal of Innovative Research in Education.

Tyler has extensive experience integrating technology into education. He has taught STEM subjects and provided specialized instruction for special education students. He has served as a Remote Learning Coordinator, where he managed a virtual learning environment for over 100 middle school students and used educational technology to analyze student data and improve remote learning outcomes. Tyler has developed individual learning plans for medically exempt students and significantly boosting their grade averages. In 2022, as a Summer Credit Recovery Facilitator, he achieved a 100% success rate in helping students pass secondary mathematics.

Tyler’s multifaceted experience in education, technology, administration, and research highlights his dedication to improving educational outcomes and his commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment for all students.
