Baleigh Goforth, MA

Baleigh is the Research Specialist at Pathway2Careers (P2C), where she focuses on finding creative and data-driven ways to better support learners, educators, and future leaders. With a background in forensic psychology and data analytics, she brings a fresh perspective to research, blending analytical rigor with a passion for equity and systemic improvement.

Since starting as an intern in 2021, Baleigh has taken on various roles at P2C, contributing to survey design and analysis, career-connected learning initiatives, equity research, curriculum development, digital design, and project management. This wide-ranging experience has shaped her commitment to empowering education through research and innovation.

In 2021, Baleigh earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee. She also minored in Sociology and Data Analysis and concentrated in Experimental Psychology and Forensic Psychology. In 2023, Baleigh graduated with highest honors from the University of North Dakota, earning a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology. She is also a member of the American Psychology-Law Society, reflecting her continued interest in bridging research and practice.

Outside of work, you may find Baleigh channeling her creativity through welding and metal art, creating and exploring music, or traveling across the world to explore culture, cuisine, and community.
