As a Senior Early College Coach at NS4ed, Dr. Lenny Howard is excited to be part of a dynamic School Services Team. He creates innovative solutions to college and career obstacles while creating sustainable impacts within schools and the larger community. Lenny brings a wealth of training and experience to the coaching/mentoring position. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Education in School Counseling, and a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational and Organizational Leadership.
Additionally, Lenny’s distinct educational background includes 20+ years of pre-k to 20 education administration, race and equity research, mental health and trauma in schools experience, and professional and doctoral work career coaching. In his free time, Lenny enjoys traveling, cooking, and all foodie activities.
