James Reile brings more than 17 years of experience in education, sales leadership, and organizational growth within the public education and EdTech sectors. Hr began his career as a middle school mathematics educator, where he discovered a passion for helping students connect classroom learning to the real-world.

Transitioning from the classroom to the EdTech industry, James has held multiple senior leadership roles, leading national sales teams, driving strategic partnerships, and developing scalable growth models. His career has centered on aligning sales, marketing, and customer success efforts to deliver measurable growth while maintaining an educator-first mindset and a strong commitment to improving student outcomes.

At P2C, James leads efforts to expand state and district partnerships, strengthen revenue operations, and build scalable systems that support long-term company growth. His leadership philosophy emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and accountability—creating high-performing teams that are motivated, mission-driven, and focused on sustainable success.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, whether skiing in the mountains or relaxing on the beaches of the Carolinas. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys attending Charlotte-area sporting events and cheering on his kids in their own athletic pursuits.
