Redesigning Readiness: Conversations on Career-Connected Learning

Preparing students to be “ready” for life after high school requires education to evolve alongside a rapidly changing workforce.

Redesigning Readiness brings together educators, workforce leaders, researchers, and other changemakers to explore the ideas,
partnerships, and practices shaping how we prepare students for what’s next.

Hosted by Dr. Joseph Goins, founder and CEO of Pathway2Careers, each conversation offers a different perspective on the challenges
and opportunities of preparing students for the future of work—and what it takes to make career-connected learning a meaningful part of that journey.
