Ian Moore brings more than 15 years of experience in education sales, strategic partnerships, and district engagement across the K–12 landscape. His work is centered on helping school districts connect academic learning to real-world outcomes, with a focus on career-connected learning and workforce readiness.
Throughout his career, Ian has partnered with district leaders, regional service centers, and campus administrators across Texas to advance college, career, and military readiness (CCMR) goals. He is known for his ability to align instructional priorities with workforce demands and for bridging traditionally siloed areas such as math and career and technical education (CTE) to drive stronger student outcomes.
At Pathway2Careers, Ian leads efforts to expand district partnerships across Texas, supporting forward-thinking leaders in implementing career-connected math as a scalable strategy. His work focuses on increasing relevance in instruction, improving student engagement, and aligning education systems with high-wage, high-growth career pathways.
Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time with his family and investing in personal growth through reading and continuous development.
